Manner of representation

Each partner has the right to represent the company. 1. Each partner is authorized independently to make declarations of will and give signatures on behalf of the company. 2. The granting of commercial procuration requires the consent of all partners, but any partner may revoke the commercial procuration independently. 3. Each partner is authorized independently to receive declarations of will, acknowledge receipt of cash or goods, and perform all other acts of ordinary management of the company's assets. 4. The hiring of employees is the responsibility of all partners acting jointly. The same applies to establishing their terms and conditions of employment and remuneration. Notice of changes to the terms and conditions of employment and remuneration may be given by each partner independently.
