Manner of representation

Pursuant to § 79 of the statutes of the Polish Scouting and Guiding Association: 1. The persons authorized on behalf of the Polish Scouting and Guiding Association to make declarations of will concerning property rights and obligations are, as applicable, the District Commander and the District Treasurer, or the Chief Scout of the Polish Scouting and Guiding Association and the Treasurer of the Polish Scouting and Guiding Association, acting jointly. 2. The District Commander and the District Treasurer, or the Chief Scout of the Polish Scouting and Guiding Association and the Treasurer of the Polish Scouting and Guiding Association, as applicable, may grant powers of attorney to other persons and may also consent to the granting of further powers of attorney by the authorized person. In each case, the joint action of two authorized persons is required. 3. The granting of powers of attorney requires written form under pain of invalidity.
