Manner of representation

1. The association is represented in the territory covered by the branch’s activities by the branch management board, comprising: the President, 2 Vice-Presidents, the Secretary, the treasurer and a member of the management board. The responsibilities of the branch management board include: determining plans for the branch’s statutory and financial activities and approving reports and their implementation, managing the association’s funds and property, and incurring financial obligations within the scope of the funds and powers held. 2. The acquisition, disposal and encumbrance of property components, as well as the conclusion of agreements, the granting of powers of attorney, legal acts and the making of declarations of will, fall within the competence of the district branch management board, on behalf of which the following act: the President, 2 Vice-Presidents, the Secretary, the treasurer and a member of the management board. 3. Declarations of will in the above matters on behalf of the management board are made jointly by two of the persons listed.
