Manner of representation

For the validity of declarations of will, letters and documents concerning the property and non-property rights and obligations of the association, the signatures of two members of the management board are required. The President or Vice-President is authorised to represent the association vis-à-vis other bodies, including public administration bodies, independently, and in the event of concluding a formal legal agreement, the signatures of two members of the management board, including the President or Vice-President, are required.
