Manner of representation

1. Declarations of will in property matters falling within the competence of the management board may be made by the Chairperson of the management board or a member of the management board authorised by the Chairperson together with the treasurer. 2. The effective making of a declaration of will requires the joint action of two persons, including the treasurer. 3. In matters exceeding the ordinary scope of management of property, and in particular in matters concerning the acquisition, disposal and transfer of fixed assets, a resolution of the General Meeting of the association’s members or of its Extraordinary General Meeting of the association’s members is required.
