Manner of representation

The joint action of two members of the management board, including the President or Vice-President and the treasurer, is required to represent the association and incur obligations, and to sign agreements, letters and orders giving rise to the association's financial and property obligations, with a value exceeding PLN 2,000.00. Routine correspondence, letters and applications to companies and local government units, and forms addressed to courts, tax offices, statistical offices and other bodies, which do not entail the financial and property obligations referred to in § 28(1), may be signed independently by the President, Vice-President or secretary of the management board.
