Manner of representation

In matters not involving the assumption of property liabilities, each member of the management board is entitled to represent the association, unless representing the association would exceed the scope of ordinary management; in that event, the joint action of 2 (two) members of the management board is required. The joint action of 2 (two) members of the management board is required to conclude an agreement, make a unilateral declaration and sign, on behalf of the association, documents that result in the assumption of a liability or the acquisition of a right.
