Manner of representation

Declarations of will on behalf of the foundation vis-à-vis third parties may be made independently by each member of the management board. In the case of a multi-member management board, a unanimous resolution of all members of the management board is required to incur liabilities in an amount exceeding five thousand zloty. In the case of a one-person management board, a unanimous resolution of the foundation council is required to incur liabilities in an amount exceeding five thousand zloty.
