Manner of representation

1. Joint action and the signatures of two members of the management board, including the President, treasurer or secretary, are required to incur financial liabilities, enter into agreements, grant powers of attorney and make declarations of will in all matters concerning property. 2. The signature of two members of the management board, including the President, treasurer or secretary, is required to submit grant applications and other applications for external funding of the association. 3. The signatures of two members of the management board, including the President, treasurer or secretary, are required to submit financial statements within projects carried out by the association. 4. In agreements between the association and a member of the management board and in disputes with such member, the association is represented by a member of the audit committee indicated in a resolution of that body or by an attorney-in-fact appointed by a resolution of the general meeting of members.
