Manner of representation

The President of the Management Board may sign on behalf of the association and independently make declarations of will, and in property matters up to the amount of 10,000 zł. Above this amount, signing and making declarations of will together with the second Vice-President is required; however, where a property matter exceeds 50,000 zł, together with two Vice-Presidents, or with one Vice-President and the treasurer or secretary. The Vice-Presidents may sign jointly with the second Vice-President, or jointly with the treasurer and secretary, but only up to an amount not exceeding 50,000 zł; above this amount, two Vice-Presidents, the treasurer and the secretary.
