Manner of representation

The President of the Management Board of the branch represents the branch and manages its assets. The President of the Management Board of the branch makes decisions within the scope of ordinary management. The presidium of the management board of the branch, or, in its absence, the management board of the branch, may authorise the President of the Management Board of the branch to make decisions exceeding the scope of ordinary management up to a specified amount of obligations incurred on a one-time basis. In the matters specified in paragraphs 1 and 2, the President of the Management Board of the branch may grant powers of attorney.
