Manner of representation

For the validity of declarations of will, as well as any documents concerning the association’s property rights and obligations, the signatures of two members of the management board are required: the President of the management board and the treasurer. In the absence of the President of the management board, declarations of will, as well as any documents concerning the association’s property rights and obligations, are signed by the Vice-President of the management board and the treasurer jointly. For the validity of other documents and records, the signature of the President of the management board or a member of the management board designated by the management board is required.
