If a one-person management board is appointed, the President of the foundation or two attorneys-in-fact acting jointly, appointed by the President of the foundation, who determines the scope of their authority, are authorised to make declarations on behalf of the foundation. If a multi-member management board is appointed, the President of the foundation is appointed to make declarations of will and sign on behalf of the foundation, or, if the President does not act, one of the members of the management board. For incurring liabilities or disposing of a right with a value exceeding PLN 100,000 (in words: one hundred thousand złoty), the joint action of two members of the management board, including the President of the foundation, is required.
