Manner of representation

Declarations of will on behalf of the foundation are made by the President or by the Vice-President acting independently, whereby, in the case of incurring liabilities up to the amount of 100,000.00 złoty, each member of the management board may represent the foundation independently. In the case of incurring liabilities exceeding 100,000.00 złoty, the foundation is represented jointly by two members of the management board. For incurring liabilities exceeding 300,000.00 złoty, for the sale or encumbrance of real property and other decisions related to real property (excluding minor repairs), and for decisions to participate in European Union projects, a prior written resolution of the Foundation Council is additionally required; for its validity, that resolution requires written approval by the Provincial of the Society of the Divine Word (Verbite Fathers), who makes the decision after obtaining the opinion of the members of the Provincial Council of the Society of the Divine Word (Verbite Fathers).
