Manner of representation

The following are authorised to represent the association externally: 1. the Chairperson; 2. two members of the Management Board, including the Vice-Chairperson or the treasurer or the Secretary, acting jointly; 3. other persons within the limits specified in an authorisation adopted by the Chairperson or by the two members of the Management Board referred to in point 2, acting jointly. The submission of declarations of will in property matters exceeding the scope of ordinary management on behalf of the association requires the joint action of at least two persons, including the Chairperson or the treasurer.
