Manner of representation

To represent the association in external relations, including signing letters and documents related to the current activities of the association, the President of the Management Board is authorised independently, or, in the event of the President’s justified absence, two members of the management board, including one of the Vice-Presidents. The submission of declarations of will in matters concerning the acquisition of rights and the incurring of obligations in matters of ordinary management requires the joint action of the President or Vice-President together with the treasurer or another member of the management board. In matters exceeding ordinary management, the joint action of two members of the management board, including the President or Vice-President and mandatorily the treasurer, is required.
