Manner of representation

Each partner has the right and obligation to manage the affairs of the partnership. 1. Each partner entitled to manage the affairs of the partnership may act without a prior resolution of the partners. 2. Regardless of the provisions concerning the management of the partnership’s affairs, partner Łukasz Gąsior is authorised to independently carry out, on behalf of the partnership, all banking operations, including, in particular, transfers of funds from the partnership’s bank accounts. 3. The authorisation referred to in paragraph 2 includes making transfers without amount limits (unlimited) and does not require the prior consent or joint action of the remaining partners. 4. The partner referred to in paragraph 2 is obliged to act within the interests of the partnership and in accordance with the applicable provisions of law. 5. Each partner may, without a prior resolution of the partners, perform an urgent act whose omission could expose the partnership to irreparable losses.
