Manner of representation

1. Each partner is entitled to represent the company and sign declarations of will on behalf of and for the benefit of the company individually, subject to point 2. 2. The following scope of the ordinary activities of the company is established, within which one partner may act freely without the need to previously adopt a resolution of all partners: a. entering into contracts within the scope of the business conducted, up to a value of PLN 20,000 (twenty thousand zlotys); b. disposing of the company's funds up to PLN 15,000 (fifteen thousand zlotys); c. incurring liabilities up to PLN 10,000 (ten thousand zlotys).
