Manner of representation

The management board manages the activities of the association and represents it externally. To make declarations of will concerning the club’s property rights and obligations, as well as to sign agreements and assume obligations on its behalf, the following is required: 1. for ordinary management of the club’s property up to and including a value of EUR 100 – a declaration by one authorised member of the management board; 2. for ordinary management of the club’s property with a value above EUR 100 up to and including a value of EUR 100 – the joint action of two authorised members of the management board; 3. for ordinary management of the club’s property with a value above EUR 100 – a resolution of the management board and the joint action of two authorised members of the management board; for the validity of other letters and documents, the signature of the President or of a member of the management board authorised by the President is required.
