Manner of representation

A declaration of will on behalf of the foundation may be made independently by one female member/one male member of the foundation’s management board. In the event of: a) entering into a loan or credit agreement; b) establishing a mortgage, pledge or registered pledge over the foundation’s assets; c) acquiring, disposing of or encumbering real property (or the perpetual usufruct right to real property); d) entering into a real property lease agreement; e) acquiring, disposing of or encumbering economic copyright; f) incurring an obligation or disposing of a right whose value exceeds PLN 2,000.00, the consent of two members of the management board acting jointly is required.
