Manner of representation

To make declarations of will in property matters falling within the remit of the National Management Board of the Union, the joint action of two persons from among the Chairperson of the National Union, the Chairperson of the National Union – the joint action of two persons from among the Chairperson of the National Unions, the Vice-Chairperson of the National Union, and the treasurer of the National Union – is necessary. The Chairperson of the management board of the Union or the treasurer of the management board of the Union is authorised independently to submit documents required by the tax office. The Union is represented by the Chairperson and one Vice-Chairperson, or by two Vice-Chairpersons acting jointly. If the Vice-Chairperson acting jointly with the Chairperson comes from the same branch organisation, before taking a decision or performing an action covered by the representation, consent thereto must be obtained from at least one Vice-Chairperson from another branch organisation. The National Management Board of the Union may, by resolution, authorise other persons to represent the Union, specifying the scope of their powers.
