Manner of representation

1. To represent the foundation externally and to conclude agreements, grant a power of attorney and submit a declaration of will in all property matters, joint action and the signature of: 1) one member of the management board are required when incurring an obligation with a value of up to PLN 5,000.00 (in words: five thousand zlotys); 2) two members of the management board are required when incurring an obligation with a value exceeding PLN 5,000.00 (in words: five thousand zlotys). 2. The signature of one of the members of the management board is required to submit applications in matters other than property matters.
