Manner of representation

Each partner has the right to represent the company. Each partner is authorised to submit declarations of will and affix signatures on behalf of the company independently. The appointment of a commercial proxy requires the consent of all partners, but any partner may revoke the commercial proxy independently. Each partner is authorised independently to accept declarations of will, acknowledge receipt of cash or goods, and perform all other acts of ordinary management of the company's assets. The employment of employees falls within the competence of all partners acting jointly. The same applies to determining their terms and conditions of employment and remuneration. Each partner is entitled independently to give notice terminating the terms and conditions of employment and remuneration.
