Manner of representation

External representation of the union before all state authorities, administrative bodies, local government bodies, employers’ organisations, the employer and other state and social organisations belongs to the management board of the workplace union organisation. The management board of the workplace union organisation may authorise other structures of the union or persons to represent the union, specifying the scope of the authorisation. The joint action of the Chair of the management board together with the Vice-Chair, or of two Vice-Chairs of the management board and a member of the presidium of the management board acting jointly, is required to incur property obligations on behalf of the workplace union organisation.
