Manner of representation

For declarations of will concerning the association’s activities to be valid, the following is required: in the case of a one-person management board, the signature of one member of the management board, and in the case of a multi-member management board, the signature of the President of the Management Board or the signatures of 2 members of the Management Board. For declarations of will connected with incurring liabilities, granting loans, concluding loan agreements, and acquiring property each time with a value exceeding 5,000 złoty to be valid, a resolution of the General Meeting is required.
