Manner of representation

1. The management board manages the entirety of the activities of “University” in accordance with the resolutions of the General Meeting of Members and is, on this account, accountable to the General Meeting of Members. “University” is represented externally by the President or, in their absence, by the Vice-President. 2. The President together with the Vice-President acting jointly, or the President and another member of the management board acting pursuant to authorization from the management board, are authorized to make declarations of will on behalf of “University”, including to incur obligations, conclude agreements and grant powers of attorney within “University”.
