Manner of representation

1. The President of the Management Board represents the association externally and directs the entirety of the management board's work; 2. For the validity of declarations of will, letters and documents concerning the association's property rights and obligations, including the incurring of property obligations, joint action is required by two members of the management board acting jointly: the President of the association jointly with the Secretary, or the Vice-President of the association jointly with the treasurer; 3. The following are authorised to act on behalf of the association in non-property matters independently: the President, the Vice-President, the Secretary and the treasurer.
