Manner of representation

For the validity of declarations of will, letters and documents concerning the rights and property obligations of the club, and for signing the club’s documents in court and out of court, the following signatures are required: 1. The President, the Vice-President or the Club Director independently, within the scope of the ordinary activities of the club. 2. Jointly, the President, the Vice-President or the Club Director together with a member of the management board who holds powers of attorney arising from the regulations referred to in § 22 point 6. 3. In other matters, jointly, the President or the Vice-President of the club together with the Club Director, or the President together with the Vice-President of the club.
