Manner of representation

Each partner has the right to represent the company independently in matters covered by the ordinary scope of management and in all matters connected with the company’s enterprise resulting in incurring an obligation or disposing of a right to performance not exceeding PLN 40,000.00 or EUR 10,000.00 net. In the case of agreements, this applies to all performances arising from a given agreement, and in the case of agreements concluded for an indefinite period, it applies to all performances arising from a given agreement for a period of one year. In all other respects, as well as in matters exceeding the scope of ordinary management, the joint action of two partners or a partner together with a commercial proxy is required.
