Manner of representation

1. A) Decisions concerning the acquisition, disposal and encumbrance of the association's assets are made by the management board. For declarations of will concerning the association's property rights and obligations to be valid, the signatures of two members of the management board, including the President, are required. B) The conclusion of agreements, granting powers of attorney and making other declarations of will require the signatures of two members of the management board acting jointly. 2. For other letters and documents to be valid, the signature of the President or another authorised member of the management board is required.
