1) Conducting an architectural and information and communication accessibility audit for persons with special needs in the buildings of Sąd Rejonowy w Toruniu at ul. W. Warneńczyka 1 and ul. Piastowska 7, as well as premises at ul. Rynek Staromiejski 13/Ducha Świętego 20/1 and 2 and ul. Jagiellońska 20. The scope of the audit includes in particular: the surroundings and access to the building, parking spaces, the entrance area, horizontal and vertical circulation, accessibility of rooms and toilets, signage and information systems, solutions supporting persons with different types of disabilities, and selected aspects of safety and evacuation; 2) Preparation of an audit report referred to in point 1), containing a description of the existing situation, identification of barriers/non-compliance with requirements, and recommendations for proposed improvements or updates to existing plans in the buildings, taking into account applicable accessibility regulations and standards (hereinafter also referred to as the documentation)
