Manner of representation

One member of the management board is authorised to dispose of a right or incur obligations to render a performance with a value not exceeding PLN 50,000 (fifty thousand zlotys). In the case of a one-person management board, the joint action of the member of the management board together with a commercial proxy is required to dispose of a right or incur an obligation to render a performance with a value exceeding PLN 50,000 (fifty thousand zlotys 00/100). In the case of a multi-member management board, the joint action of two members of the management board or one member of the management board jointly with a commercial proxy is required to dispose of a right or incur obligations to render a performance with a value exceeding PLN 50,000 (fifty thousand zlotys 00/100). Written consent of the supervisory board is required to dispose of a right or incur obligations to render a performance with a value exceeding PLN 130,000.00 (one hundred thirty thousand zlotys 00/100).
