Manner of representation

For the validity of letters concerning property matters, two signatures are required. The following persons are authorised to sign them: - in branch management boards–the President or Vice-President and the treasurer, or other members specifically authorised by the presidium of the management board; - in circle management boards–the President or Vice-President and the treasurer, or other members specifically authorised by the circle management board. For the validity of resolutions and decision-making documents, two signatures are required: in branch and circle management boards–the President or Vice-President and the secretary or another authorised member of the management board.
