Manner of representation

1. Subject to point 2, declarations of will on behalf of the foundation are made by two members of the management board acting jointly. In the case of a one-person management board, the President of the Management Board or the member of the management board, as applicable, is authorised to make declarations of will on behalf of the foundation independently. 2. In matters concerning the employment of employees and in matters not related to incurring pecuniary liabilities exceeding PLN 30,000 (thirty thousand zlotys), declarations of will on behalf of the foundation may be made independently by the President of the Foundation or another member of the management board.
