Manner of representation

1. The Chairperson of the Management Board, acting independently, is authorised to represent the organisation externally, including to conclude agreements and grant powers of attorney, and in the Chairperson’s absence, the Deputy Chairperson acting independently or another member of the management board previously authorised by the management board at a meeting by issuing an appropriate document signed by the majority of the members of the management board. 2. In property matters, the association is represented by the Chairperson of the Management Board, and in the Chairperson’s absence, by the Deputy Chairperson acting independently or another member of the management board previously authorised by the management board at a meeting by issuing an appropriate document signed by the majority of the members of the management board.
