Manner of representation

The company is represented independently by the general partner (§ 6(1) of the company agreement), i.e. the company under the name "SIGMA BUSINESS CONSULTING" spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, whose method of representation is specified as follows: the persons authorised to submit declarations of will and sign on behalf of the company are: a) in the case of a one-person management board, the President of the Management Board or a commercial proxy; b) in the case of a multi-member management board, the President of the Management Board independently, or two members of the management board jointly, or a commercial proxy independently. The management board of the company under the name "SIGMA BUSINESS CONSULTING" sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw consists of: Jarosław Andrzej Lewiński – President of the Management Board.
