Manner of representation

The Chamber is represented externally by the President of the Chamber or by two other persons, including the Secretary, who are members of the management board and act jointly. For the validity of letters and documents concerning the Chamber’s financial matters and other documents binding the Chamber, the signature of the President of the Chamber or two signatures of other members of the management board, including the Secretary, are required.
