Manner of representation

The general partner, FARMA-MEDICAL limited liability company, has the right to represent the company independently through its management board, in accordance with the method of representation. Method of representation of the general partner: irrespective of the number of members of the management board, the President of the Management Board is always authorised to make declarations and sign on behalf of the company independently, and: a) in the case of a one-person management board–a commercial proxy independently; b) in the case of a two-person or three-person management board–a member of the management board acting jointly with a commercial proxy; c) in the case of a management board consisting of at least four members–three members of the management board acting jointly, or a member of the management board acting jointly with a commercial proxy.
