Overview
Konwent Współpracy Samorządowej Polska-Ukraina helps its members develop cooperation with Ukrainian local governments. It supports the use of European Union funding for municipal projects. The organization also works for human rights, equality, and opposition to discrimination.

Manner of representation
1. Each member of the management board has the right to represent the Konvent externally. 2. Declarations addressed to the Konvent, as well as the service of documents, may be made to any member of the management board. 3. Assuming financial obligations on behalf of the Konvent above the amount of PLN 10,000.00 requires the joint action of two members of the management board each time. 4. The Director of the Office is authorised to assume financial obligations on behalf of the Konvent up to an amount not exceeding PLN 10,000.00.
