Manner of representation

The association or circles are represented externally by the Chairperson of the management board, and in their place by another member of the association authorised by the management board. Declarations of will concerning the management of assets, as well as in other statutory matters, are made by two members of the management board, or by one member of the management board and a person authorised by the management board (attorney-in-fact). The management board may authorise the Chairperson to make declarations of will independently in matters connected with the conduct of day-to-day activities. If a legal act exceeding the scope of day-to-day activities may result in the creation of monetary obligations, the consent of the treasurer is required for its effectiveness, and in the absence thereof, a resolution of the management board.
