Manner of representation

1. The President of the Management Board acting independently or two Vice-Presidents acting jointly are authorised to submit and accept declarations of will in all matters and to sign documents on behalf of the foundation. 2. In relations between the President of the Management Board and the foundation, declarations of will on behalf of the foundation are submitted by two Vice-Presidents acting jointly. 3. In relations between the President of the Management Board and the foundation, declarations of will on behalf of the foundation may be submitted by a member of the Foundation Council authorised by a resolution of the Foundation Council.
