Manner of representation

1. In the case of a one-person management board, declarations of will on behalf of the foundation are made by the President of the Management Board or an attorney-in-fact appointed by him. 2. In the case of a multi-member management board, in matters concerning the employment of employees and matters related to incurring property obligations up to PLN 5,000 (five thousand zlotys), declarations of will on behalf of the foundation may be made independently by the President of the foundation or his deputy; in all other cases, declarations of will on behalf of the foundation are made by two members of the management board, including the President of the Management Board or his deputy.
