Overview
Stowarzyszenie Przyjaciół Uniwersytetu Trzeciego Wieku w Rzeszowie supports the University of the Third Age at the University of Rzeszów. It organizes lectures, foreign-language and computer classes, as well as recreational, sports, tourism, artistic and cultural activities for seniors, including a choir, themed clubs and the Senior Club 80+.

Manner of representation
The association is represented and property obligations are incurred, including the making of declarations of will, the incurring of obligations, the conclusion of agreements and the granting of powers of attorney on behalf of the association, by the President and the Vice-President acting jointly, or by either of them acting jointly with another member of the management board, subject to paragraph 8. The President is authorised independently to conclude agreements and undertake all actions in matters concerning employee and non-employee employment. If the President is unable to act, paragraph 7 shall apply accordingly. The management board is authorised to establish powers of attorney of the management board. The resolution concerning the power of attorney shall specify the subject matter and scope of the authorisation.
