Manner of representation

1. For entering into agreements, granting powers of attorney and making declarations of will in all property matters, joint action and signature are required of: I. one member of the management board, in the case of incurring liabilities up to PLN 100,000 (in words: one hundred thousand złoty); II. two members of the management board, in the case of incurring a liability exceeding PLN 100,000 (in words: one hundred thousand złoty). 2. The signature of one member of the management board is required for submitting proposals in calls for tenders and reports thereon. 3. The signature of one of the members of the management board is required for submitting financial and substantive reports to the grantor within projects implemented by the association. 4. The signature of one of the members of the management board is required for submitting applications in matters other than property matters. 5. The signature of one of the members of the management board is required for entering into long-term agreements, i.e. lasting longer than 6 months.
