Manner of representation

Decisions concerning the disposal and encumbrance of the association’s property are made by the management board. The signatures of two members of the management board authorised by the President are required for the conclusion of agreements, the granting of powers of attorney and the making of other declarations in the association’s property matters. The President of the Management Board may also be one of the two designated persons. Documents concerning the remaining matters of the association are signed by the President or a member of the management board designated by the President.
