Manner of representation

For entering into agreements, granting powers of attorney and making other declarations of will in property matters, the President is authorized to act independently, or two members of the management board authorized by the President acting jointly are authorized. The persons listed above are authorized to incur financial liabilities on behalf of the association within the scope of ordinary management. Once the scope of ordinary management is exceeded, a resolution of the association’s management board is required to incur a financial liability. The amount for ordinary management is adopted by the General Meeting of Members.
