Manner of representation

1. The following are authorised to submit non-property declarations of will on behalf of the association: the President of the Management Board acting independently, the Vice-President acting independently, and the Secretary of the Management Board acting independently. 2. The following are authorised to submit property declarations of will and grant powers of attorney on behalf of the association and to conclude employment contracts: the President of the Management Board acting independently, or two members of the management board acting jointly, including the President, Vice-President or Secretary. 3. The President of the Management Board independently and individually, and the Vice-President independently and individually, are authorised to perform banking activities, including representing the association before a bank and making deposits and withdrawals of the club’s funds.
