Manner of representation

1. For submitting declarations of will in all property and non-property matters of the association, including incurring liabilities and concluding agreements on behalf of the association, the President independently, or the Vice-President together with another member of the management board acting jointly, is authorised. 2. In agreements between the association and a member of the management board, and in disputes with such member, the association is represented by a member of the Audit Committee indicated in a resolution of that body, or by an attorney-in-fact appointed by a resolution of the General Meeting.
