Manner of representation

The company is represented by the general partner: CAR GROUP spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Koczargi Nowe. Method of representation of the general partner: for representing the company in matters concerning the disposal of the enterprise or part thereof, or granting it for use in whole or in part, the acquisition and disposal of real estate, perpetual usufruct or a share in real estate, encumbering real estate with limited rights in rem, and incurring obligations exceeding PLN 500,000.00, all members of the management board acting jointly are authorised. In other matters, joint action of two members of the management board is required – the President or Vice-President together with a member of the management board who is the Administrative Director or a member of the management board who is the Executive Director. Composition of the management board of the general partner: 1. Marek Brogowicz – Executive Director; 2. Jacek Jankowski – Administrative Director; 3. Marek Cieślak – Vice-President of the Management Board; 4. Robert Rytkowski – President of the Management Board.
