Manner of representation

For the representation of the association in matters concerning property rights, obligations and liabilities, as well as for granting powers of attorney, the joint action of two members of the management board is required–the signature of the President or Vice-President of the management board together with another member of the management board. For the validity of letters and documents issued externally by the association, one signature of the President or Vice-President of the management board, or of other persons authorised by the association’s management board, is required.
